i don,t mind unknown being on bonkers at all,as his and sy,s mix was clearly the best on true hardcore 2 and i enjoyed alot of the tracks,so just wait and see and hope he comes up with the goods

This has got to be it:
CD 1: ??? (Poss Hixxy?)
CD 2: Sharkey
CD 3: Unknown
I'll give unknown a chance, but why did they not have Scott Brown on there instead??? I'm sure he was interested and AATW just thought 'not for us'

CD1 is even a bigger disappointment with what AATW have asked for. :(:(
PLACE YOUR BETS NOW!
Bootlegs?
Bonkers 'classics'?
This will not bode well...
about Scott Brown not on Bonkers: isn't there some sort of personal feud going on between him and Hixxy?
i thought i read it somewhere on here that in the Livewired DVD there's a clip of a Hixxy interview saying something like "I'm making the real hardcore music of today, and Scott Brown's making the other crap" i might be embellishing a bit but it sounded something to that extent
i always thought that's the reason why he wasn't involved with this bonkers

Hardstyle is slow, repetitive and just generally boring. I'd hate to see it on any hardcore CD.
Gabber is much better.
lol @ refering to hardstyle as being repetitive
how are hardcore & escpecially gabber not as repetitive as hardstyle? :S
I never said they wasn't repetitive. And like someone else said a hardcore track can change a lot throughout it's duration.
Maybe because hardstyle is slower you notice it more, it just seems the same all the way through a song.
But I respect that people like it, I'm just giving my opinion.

I don't understand how Happy Hardcore enthusiasts can totally overlook tracks like Deep In The Night, No 1, Face In The Crowd, Now That I Found You, MDMA, Zamboocan & such... All proper Happy Hardcore to me, with addictive and nicely written melodies.
Um... "No 1" is a remix of Alicia Key's insanely popular song "No One."

I know already :) I think he made perfect use of the melody too, the way he turned it into a most uplifting piece of happiness is great. Use of pop melodies in HHC goes way back, like DJ Vibes - Techno Wonderland using the melody of Elvis - Can't Help Falling In Love.

weeeeeeeeeeell technically "DJ Vibes/Ravers Choice - Technowonderland"
is just "Zoee - Techno Wonderland" pressed at a higher speed, but yes, i see what you mean.

bonkers has offically gone pop-core
but it doesn't matter if a few internet fans moan, that don't mean jack to AATW, cause they know there's enough Waynes, Lee's & Tracey's in the UK to buy it by the crate load.

Yeah, totally. That's why I don't hate pop-core so much. In fact pop-core is catchy and shit and gets a lot of people moving, which is why I enjoy Clubland. At the same time, it should stay on Clubland and not infiltrate Bonkers, although I'm sure it somehow will.
