Most of Euro-Trance lovers call everything Trance, especially if theyre YouTubers xD.

Well, it is basically Trance. The fact it's tempo is faster doesn't change that!

Trance has some other specifications. It's not even euro-trance.
It's UK Hardcore without reveerbed synth - cuz i didnt know its important yet.

'Hardcore' as we know it today is more Pop-Trance than anything else though, so you see my point.

Techno > EDM, at least if someone in the states address' it that way they have a slighter clue as to the fact that not all " Dance" music is techno.

Well the term Techno is just plain wrong. It is a specific genre (or genres) of music. EDM on the other hand is just a completely pointless term as it could mean anything. If someone asks me what i listen to then i say electronic music, if at that point they also listen to it then i will divulge which genres i listen to, but even then very generic so i know they will know what I'm talking about.
