hmm seems to have improved since i last saw it - though he doesnt know his "tranceore" from his "freeform"
but as far as things go, anyone who can separate techno from house or drum n bass is alright in my books haha. i think silvers tried contacting him years ago and asked him to correct a few things and apparently the guys a little stuck up about what he classes as what
imo somthing like that should be done from a little less biased opinion and just give facts etc etc..

I have talked with Ishkur directly about improving the hardcore section, even sent him samples, info and material, he rejected it all, he doesn't listen to anyone else and calls music what he thinks it should be called and defends his position.
It's sponsored by DI.FM don't you think he would listen to the hardcore channel programmer on improvement? nope...
It's called Ishkur's Guide for a reason, because it's his view on Electronic Music and nothing more. I don't recommend this guide what-so-ever

When i first saw this i thought wow that looks great. But then when you get past the fact it looks good and has samples it is complete crap.
He calls Hard House 'stupid'. Not commenting on what he thinks, he actually names it 'stupid' on his chart. There are loads of styles missing and miss represented.
Why make a guide to music that you dont like and know next to nothing about? Tosser.
(wow, didn't mean that to be such a rant but that hard house bit peally pissed me off)
