What a brilliant track! One of Hixxy's finest works imo! It is going to be one of the first tracks on my upcoming mixes! Got the classic kickdrum and it is fast and has that unmissable 'Spaceman' lyric! Why dosnt Hixxy make stuff stuff like this again? Even the end has a 'silly bit' like all the classic Hixxy tracks had (a laugh or noise ect)
Anyone else heard this masterpeice?

Isnt any Hardcore track fast when you play it above 170bpm? I want to hear a sample!

I've only heard spaceman once but I think it's a great tune. Looking forth to hear it on your mix!
^And that record sounds like knickers 1 to me, it has a rip of saturday night on the flip.

no its also by hixxy.
daydreams rip of saturday night is alright, but somehow i get the feeling others will hate it.
alot of early daydream stuff was hated, although i love all his stuff.

hardcore 96-98 was usually made 166-171, some times slower, rarely faster.
alot of djs played fast, like brisk.. dougal i think used to start off at original speed and never change tempo through out.
i like it at 190-195 pitched :D:D:D

Why is Hardcore being produced slower in today's time than back in the 90s? The fastest Hardcore mix I have heard is Happy2bHardcore ch.7. Well, Frolic posted that the cd winds up ending at 177 bpm. Someone on here said that Hixxy & Re-Con's mix off Bonkers 15 was 180 bpm, so if thats the case, then that mix is the fastest.

No, Happy 2b Hardcore series was mixed @ about 0-1%. Too slow.
