I have it on cd, I just need the midi file so I can convert it into a standard music score - to find the main melody notes so kind of yes... kind of no. I don't need to remix or sample, just the raw music notes so I can play it. Anyone got it...?

We're actually putting together a midi file of Shooting Star right now with all the (correct) official chords, melodies etc.
As soon as its ready I'll let you know.
Cheers
Nick.

nick could you help us out with the notes, i tried but all i could find was the first note of B when it was pitched up on my deck a bit. if u gave us the notes it'd be pretty easy.
If Barbie is so popular, why do you have to buy her friends?

OK, firstly, there;'s been a few things we've had to sort out, and they're still ongoing regarding the midi file. We're about to sign a publishing deal so therefore, and midi files have to be approved by a publisher. It's no good us sticking out a midi file that aint right.
Also, I hope you all understand that a midi file of shooting star or any Bang! track will not be a version of the various mixes that have been released. It will be of the original song that I wrote many moons ago. Therefore if your looking for Hams stab pattern of Scott browns chords, they wont be here I'm afraid.
We are on the case, but just really really busy at the moment, we do appreciate your patience, nd as I've said before, if anyone else here wants to have a go at a midi file then by all means do so.
For reference, here's the chords.
Verse - Am, Fmaj, Cmaj, Gmaj, (repeat)
Bridge - Dm, Am, Dm, Gmaj
Chorus - Am, Fmaj, Cmaj, Gmaj, Am, Fmaj, Cmaj, Gmaj
As I say, we'll get round to it when we get a moment, but I can either spend time writing this or writing new stuff, I know what I prefer!
Cheers
Nick.
