i have asperger's autism, bi-polar,social anxiety, depression, & have a social phobia

right now im currently having "racing thoughts"- http://bipolar.about.com/cs/faqs/f/faq_racethought.htm

I'm having racing thoughts too, but I just brought Mario Kart 7 for the 3DS. Also having blue shell thoughts too...damn blue shells.

As for mental illnesses, not that I'm aware of. I'm a normal person! A true rarity these days.

man that racing thoughts sound horrible.

i believe i have social phobia, never diagnosed with it but ive done enough research to believe i have, i get extremely shy and nervous when im out somewhere or even sumtimes when people come to mine to visit and sweat like mad although its nowhere near as bad as it used to be ive taught myself how to deal with it.

Im only self diagnosed (Aren't we all) but I think I have at least some degree of insomnia and synesthesia.

EDIT: As I write this at 4 am on a schoolday, lol

It's really not as bad as people make it out to be, it's only a mild case for me anyway. The 'lol' was more toward the randomness of this subject in a music related website xD

I personally believe that mental disorders such as depression, social anxiety, and social phobia are more of a state of mind. However I am aware that that depression can be caused by chemical imbalance in the brain, but I pretty sure in most people this is not the case. I know there are many mental disorders that ruin peoples lives and in no way am I saying they are faking it.

I used to be very shy and if I went to a doctor about it they most likely would have put me on some drug and said I said social phobia etc. However eventually I got over it and I'm pretty outgoing. I just feel like many doctors misdiagnosis their patients for having maybe one or two symptoms and then put them on a dangerous drug that causes more harm.

This just so happened to have been reported while I was writing this.
