For many i believe Acidfluxxbass to be right, in that i agree, although i can't say i think it's true for whispering personally, I'm just saying i generally agree that it seems to be true for some (though not just for liking anime and Asian stuff, but the obsession with 12 year old looking girls).

Come on, it isn't that bad. At least the ones i saw in this video. I could easily picture myself there with them waving the glowsticks :P They look to me like there just there to have some fun, rather then as dirty old men praying on young girls, which was the initial image i got from your post.

For every Japanophile i've seen, theres also one trolling like acidfluxxbass. I mean he pretty much said that liking anything Asian equals to you being an obsessed pedophile who loves little boys. But anything British is superior and the whole world just loves the stuff that comes out from there. Is that what you agreed on his post? Since he didn't say much else. EDIT: or did you agree on the existence of japanophiles but not in the extent?

The latter, certainly not the former. I was just agreeing that some are probably very perverted about it, but not you or specificaly anyone else who likes Japanese stuff even they are obsessed about everything Japanese.

I don't really like anime. I'll admit I enjoyed Pokemon as a kid, but that's about it. I do like some Japanese/Korean music tho. Actually I don't care where music is from, how it's made or what language they sing in, even if I can't understand a word (I like Sigur Ros, Rachid Taha, Kim Sarang, etc.). Yeah, I don't know what the point of this was going to be.

Yeah but they were produced as a crossover group, their song writer or producer is Japanese and all their songs (well most) have Japanese language versions as well.
As for the video, the "crowd" shots would have be very carefully selected.
