You don't hear people who like commercial music saying "God Hardcore Underground 4, what a load of underground trollop!" In fact everyone who likes commercial hardcore likes the underground too, if they have had the chance to hear it. You are the ones with the negative attitudes, creating the 'divide'. You can't even give it a chance, you just lash out at anything AATW or Clubland as soon as you get the opportunity.

I know you listened to the clips, but there are many who don't.

Well said Mr. Trimms.. End of the day AATW are just doing there job, no matter how cheesy it is.. there keeping 60% of teenagers happy with clubland in the UK so fair play to them, everybody needs a career haha..

Well in defence to that comment, my feedback has bee directed toward this album only. I haven't compared this album to Hardcore Underground at all..

I'm not aware anyone else has...

I'm sure there will be the odd decent tune, as there is on every album. Tbh, some of CXH1,2,3,4 I enoyed. I enjoyed maybe 1 song (Claim to recycle) on CXH5... CXH6 looks a bit more varied, but nothing really makes me anticipate this one. I will probably get this from a 2nd hand store for about £3 sometime in the future... as I have gotten cxh4, 5, htid, htid2, clubland 8, 12, 14 and 15..

However, I'm still struggling to live with the fact there are still cascada, scooter, ultrabeat and such artists in there. Its a clubland album, yes, but these remixes are never that good. Often They sound sped up a bit, with little more to add to it.

Not aimed at anyone but it seems to be the paople who never rave who complaine the hardest on this website.

At the end of the day ofcourse it matters if a tune 'goes of on the dancefloor' thats how hardcore was born and what it is made for. Not teeneagers sitting at home chin scratching and posting thousands of comments about how they hate the whole rave scene when they dont go raveing.

I also dont like any AATW stuff but at the end of the day there is a market for it far bigger than most hardcore albums and people are buying it.

If you dont like it: Dont buy it and dont go to the raves those DJs play at (there are plenty of others).

I really like a lot of the tracks on there actually, i think it looks like it's the best one for a while, it certainly looks better than the previous 2.

And i won't have a word said against Boing, been wanting to find the name of that track for ages! It's ****ing wicked!

I also really like Re-Con - Kidz, good tune. And JB-C - rock 1 time is an ace track.

However, Outta my head makes me want to hang myself, it's almost as bad as i'm sorry, and ultrabeats version of use somebody... no, just no!

Just noticed that when I replied to Gammer that he was quoting AFB... so basically my comment pertains to AFB's comment.

Wannabe intellectuals vs wannabe intellectuals?

@Revs: I think the electric remix might be good... original had a sweet melody and FX. It couldn't be THAT bad.

kin Hell...New Clubland, same time of the year, same old whining.

A few facts...

1. Best selling & most popular Hardcore album each and every year
2. If it wasn't for Clubland and the people involved, hardcore wouldn't be as popular as it is today - which in turn has opened up doors for new artists to break through.
3. It wasn't too long ago that i remember people whining about why big companies (Like AATW) don't promote hardcore...And guess what, now they do, you still bloody whinge.

...I bet a good 95% of the people whinging about it, will either buy it regardless or illegally download

With Twista Records, Futureworld and Junkbox being around now wait times between CD release and Vinyl release aren't nearly as bad as they used to be when everything was being released under Raver Baby alone. Even Gammer's starting to regularly release tracks so EP's not too overloaded!

You won't have to wait THAT long to drop tracks anymore at the very least. I don't think you have much to worry about either, your set @ Energy Cocktail was pretty damn upfront last August 8)v

Do the non DJ-friendly ones. I DJ'd raves for like 6 months before I even used a DJ friendly track (lol I didn't even know DJ friendly existed) and no one even knew! It's just about fast cuts and good looping, but it will work.
However I don't do that anymore. It just can be done.
