Can't argue with that, Moar Ghosts n Whatever - funkier than James Brown having a seizure :D

I know a track that could give it a run for it's money

Gauranteed they'll be a Squad-E remix on CXH6 though

Jeez. If you don't like it, go listen to other stuff. Nooone forced you to listen to it, why are everyone complaining.

Personally I don't like the old tunes. I like the remix by Rob Mayth of the Evacuate the Dancefloor track. Rob Mayth's got some hard beats.

Btw, Cascada still does dance and is nothing like Britney, but I can agree it sounds like Lady Gagas stuff. Anyway, she/they make what they want and/or what the buyers want.

It's not easy to not listen to Cascada either... Her stuff is played EVERYWHERE over here. Personally I don't mind some of her stuff though as far as mainstream stuff goes. I'd much rather be listening to that when I'm out for a few beers than some RnB/Boyband/Girlband gash.

yes. talent is eventually nessisary hahaha

and i agree with the rest of the paragraph too...i dunno about anyone else here but i DO like to listen to top 40 every now and then, and out at a bar is the best time because EVERYBODY knows the songs...it can get just as sloppy as any rave lol and like i said, WAY worse top 40 music out there...i wouldnt even say Cascada for the most part is in the bad category to begin with.

Oh yeah! I'll openly admit here that I enjoy old emo (which initially sprung out of hardcore punk in the early 80s). Old as in before 2001 or so, meaning before bands like My Chemical Romance etc spawned.

Rites of Spring for instance, one of the, if not THE first band(s) to be labelled 'emo', made a great album back in 1984. Think it was self-titled originally, but re-released later as 'End on End' with some extra tracks that were originally on an EP.

I could go on about this, but I don't think I will. If anyone is interested in checking out older emo, just PM me :p

What I should do is find a forum like this one, only emo-related, register as '84_was_the_time' and whine about how much better it was back then.

Oh, and DO play emogame.com, you get to run around using thrown 7" records as weapons to fight off corporate pigs(they have pig heads), Avril Lavigne, the people from Friends, etc. I'm not gonna spoil everything, but you also get to kill Anna-Nicole Smith's clitoris, and a load of weird stuff. Simply one of the best flash games ever to exist.

That was the point back then, to focus on the music and not the quality of recording/production. Kind of the opposite of AATW.
