also, i'm just wandering why they put Sharkey on CD1??
they better not be trying to turn sharkey into the next hixxy & have him selling out on every album. Sharkey isn't a CD1 type of DJ. I can't understand this?

Scott Browns the master of saving his name. He steps back when things get a bit commercial & predictable then he come back with an explosion of new material which leaves the other artists flapping trying to copy his style
He'll be back with a bang soon & will path the way for the scene like he's done time & time again. The only person I could compare him with is Liam Howlett (The Prodigy) He does the exact same thing
I hope you're right. We need someone to come in and give Hardcore a boot up the backside.

sounds to me like the tracklist isnt 100% accurate, i think they've left "remix" off some of them, and who knows what order the cds are comin in :) as with the rest of the bonkers releases...and with alot of others, tracklists have had to be corrected a few times before the release to iron out the creases

Wait a min! am I reading this right? you wont buy it because Sharkey IS onboard!?
please god tell me i'm misunderstanding you!
No, you got it right. He might be a hardcore maniac and idol but I can't stand his kind of music. The only tunes I loved was 'Even Angles Fade Away' and the ones where he teamed up with someone like 'Return to Toytown' and 'Let's Fly'.
I've bought 4 or 5 Bonkers compilations and the Sharkey mix was always an impertinence for my ears. That's why I stopped buyin' Bonkers.

CD1 - Looks really good, great to see S3rl on there again! Not too concerned about the scooter tracks, cause no doubt the mix will have been immense upto that point and will be immense after it, so I cant see it bothering me to much.
CD2 - Chris Unknowns big chance to show the world what he can do without Sy.....and.....hes blown it! Tracks 1, 2, 7 and 12....OMG! Seriously Chris, Id have rather had a few quosh classics! His big chance to mix a Bonkers CD and he kicks it off with 'Take me to the clouds above'? Is that really what he has been waiting 15+ years to bang out there?
CD3 - Typically disappointing. Some very good tracks on there, but we have heard them all before. How many CDs has that 'R U Ready' been on now? Im sure this is number 4? Track 3, 10 and 16 were never good, but hey....they are raverbaby, get those royalites in. See you on the other side is immense, but I honestly cant even see myself listening to disc 3 for weeks after I buy the album, cause I know what to expect.
All I can say is.....Bonkers....from the 'real' hardcore point of view...is dieing on its arse. It wouldnt surprise me if AATW only do 1 more Bonkers after this, cause I doubt it will sell aswell as CXH.
After number 17, I thought we had turned a corner and were going back to real hardcore with bonkers, IMO, this is a step back.

The Hixxy tracklist is maybe the worst tracklist ever! All tunes is old and has been around forever and everywhere!

when bonkers flops with AATW, i think we should all donate to buyingt he branding rights and have it as a 'happyhardcore.com presents bonkers 18' or something. inject what we like into it since we are the ones who will be (or should be) buying it

No offence mate but that is a rather naive way of thinking about it. This album on the contrary will do really well, you forget to take into account just how stupid the British public is.
