The artwork only looks average...and Sharkey is still on board...so I won't buy it...unless the track list is really convincing. we'll see.

Wait a min! am I reading this right? you wont buy it because Sharkey IS onboard!?

please god tell me i'm misunderstanding you!

One thing I cant understand about it is the name? 'The Original Hardcore'?

There's absolutely nothing original about it. When have AATW ever done anything original? Basically what EA is to computer games, AATW is to hardcore.

They're money hungry b**tards that buy out the competition then can't even do the job right themselves which, inturn, ruins it for everyone else.

Hardcore is flying – this is seen by the recent success of Scooter, Darren Styles and Ultrabeat not forgetting the other hardcore compilation albums currently on the scene including Hardcore Til I Die & Clubland Xtreme Hardcore 4. We have seen tremendous success in the Hardcore scene and Bonkers will replicate this. The track listing will feature acts such as Scooter, Styles & Breeze, Dougal & Gammer, Flip & Fill, Darren Styles, Hixxy and LMC.

is, some one taking the piss?

Id prefer a chavvy tart on the front to LMC and Scooter on the back.

Na its just a remix.. i guess it kinda is produced by Styles but it's still written by Scooter originally and thats why its a remix..

Anyway im kinda cut about the Scooter stuff.. why are all these remixes of popular dance artists popping up.. Wtf???

This is ALOT different to Rebooted which IMO was fine.. It was a great compilation with great tracks and wtf this is turning into Clubland no doubt..

This just makes me pissed off!

I have a feeling that Hixxy's mix wont be that bad and that Unknown is going to have the majority of the commercial tracks.

All in all, this is not bad for their first try. Really eager to see what Sharkey has in store in the track listing.

The cover is pretty good, don't understand why most people don't like it regardless of the absence of the cartoons.
I really don't understand why they have to call it The Original Hardcore when on the cover they CLEARLY have a better album name, Bonkers - The Next Chapter.

Hopefully the next Bonkers CD will have another DJ or someone other than Unknown; Or maybe he won't be that bad.

I guess we'll have to wait for the entire track listing

If theyre going to start a whole new series i reckon it should be called Bonkers II, and then have the numbers after that... eg:

Bonkers II
Bonkers II: 2
Bonkers II: 3
Bonkers II: 4

That way, they can keep the numeric thing going in an easy to understand, chronological format.

And if it sucks we can just dismiss it saying: "Oh i love Bonkers, but i hate Bonkers II".

...Am i right? ^_^

They're like the Wal-Mart of the electronic music scene!
And if Hirshi doesn't buy this b/c of Sharkey, then he must not be into freeform at all.

and it's too late to bitch bout the title what's done is done

i personally believe I won't be buying this, but I will wait until there are clips of the CD available to determine whether I buy this or not. I already expect it to have a lack of "mixing" just like the CXH series, so the only thing that will make me believe this is salvageable is some nice sounding tracks.
