And this is not Hard Dance, it's Hands up. Or is Hands up a subgenre of Hard Dance ? I don't know, I don't think so.

Basshunter is commercial pop hands-up.
Like i said before, basshunter to hands-up is what darren styles is to hardcore. Capisce?

so what exactly qualifies a track to be hands-up? personally all this subgenre categorizing seems all regional, because in the US we don't go THAT deep into it because then it just doesn't make any sense sometimes and is confusing

Yep, I bought that too. I've only really had a chance to listen to the Showtek CD, but my god, it's F'kn banging. Puts most upfront Hardcore to shame.
