i'm sure there are many good tracks in this genre! but all I've heard lately is remixes of old hardcore or old skool tunes! i've just heard a track sampling pitsol packing! AND THAT WAS IT!

Yeh i dont know much about this genre either..isnt that what Basshunter etc comes under.

I think he's talking about the "hands-up" version of hard dance, not the umbrella term used to define just about every form of electronica over 130 bpm.
Basshunter to hands-up is what darren styles is to hardcore.
Check out anything by rob mayth because his tracks are generally pretty amazing. If you don't like any of the stuff by him you probably wont like hands-up.

Mate i love hands up had a massive row on ush bout it. Basshunter, cascada and rob mayth all started there. I call it bouncy trance as to me, thats exactly what it is

i would say hard dance is similar to hardstyle but mor acid sounding and more repetative

Hard Dance can be a bit repetitive, but its like any other genre - good and bad, you just gotta filter out the crap to get to the gold.
Dark By Design, Lisa Lashes, Kamui, Vinylgroover, Matt Lee (Gammer obviously). All make some pretty sweet tunes imo.
