I think has to be answerphone where a distressed girl is being dumped and calling her bloke an ar*ehole. Wish I knew the artist.
Other than that Closer to god by NIN and coming undone by Korn.
Anyone else for theother side?

Never heard it but i read on a forum some guy made a tune with the recording of the emergency services call Leah Betts parents made as she was dying.

Only bit i've heard of it is the phone call sample is a distressed parent saying "she's stopped breathing, she's stopped breathing" or something similar and the emergency services person tryin to calm them down.
But aye was pretty savage definitely no Mr Kirk hahahaha.
Other dark tunes would include Biggie Smalls "Suicidal Thoughts", and some random tune on b side of a speedcore release i have, is basically a lass screamin for help bein attacked over a 350 bpm kickdrum.
Will think up more when i leave college and that later

depends on what you call dark.
you can have the dark but elegant sound like bauhaus, you can have the more darkwave-ish dar like london after mindnight, you can have the darkcore kind of dark like ophidian, etc.
can't really say what's darker than the other.

Fulton Bobbaface - Datach'i
There is a dude that can seriously craft an atmosphere of complete horror. That song can make terror shit itself and run away crying.
Although if by "dark" you mean "cartoonishly depraved", "Corpse Fcuking" by Screamerclauz could win hands down.

Back in the day I was rapping to Eminem =D
I think some of his lyrics dive pretty deep in the "f**ked up" category

I was awaiting your contribution to this topic!
Off the top of my head how about "God Module - Victims Among Friends", "Terminal Choice - Collective Suicide", "Suicide Commando - Cause of Death: Suicide", or "Wumpscut - War".

don't know if I'd call all of them dark but it's a fine selection of tunes none the less.
anyway, "dark" is to vague a description for me these days.
Most of the music i listen to is dark but that stuff ranges from dark ambient (like the old mortiis stuff) to symphonic black metal (Anorexia Nervosa) so yeah... "dark" is very varied in my music library :D
also, the instrumental stuff on hocico albums (pnademonium, mortal celebration, hanged truth, child's eternity, ...) are quite dark (and elegant, soothing even)
