if anyone is coaching it down from the uk extremities, i'm about 10 mins outside of heathrow coach station with direct trainlinks to MoS.

Got no problem meeting peoples at the coach station, getting some warmups going then tubing it into lodon if anyone is unsure about how to get there etc.
