I think i got into this stuff when i went to disco's and my sister loves it so it started there and i downloaded tones of tunes and it is the best muszik in tha world
why don't they bring this stuff into the shops(charts etc...)
i know tons of ppl who wud buy this stuff
How much do u think the 'til the day record and cd versions will cost

it ain't a good idea to commercialise hardcore,look what happened to uk garage.ruined after it was commercialised. we wouldn't want that to happen to hardcore now would we?

hardcore - happy hardcore going commercial - that day will never happen - and thats a good thing - the charts will just destroy the music that is *real* music - just look at the charts at the mo - see what i mean? -

i was officially introduced to hhc when i was a foreign exchange student over in holland back in 94. i had been listening to hardcore for a couple years before going there but it was all just classified as "rave" music before that =P

in the early 90's 91-92 was the best time for rave music to hit the charts - the most weird one of all was *sesame's street smart-e's* that track just messed with ya - and thats a good thing -

i am introduced to house with the cds turn up the bass.
after that they had the stunning housparty collection i have them al 13.
and i was so into it.
i go to my first rave in 1993 because those cds .
i knew nothing about that actualy and i go . on the party they play hardcore.
but on houseparty 8 mixed by the dreamteam was the track bass x - hardcore disco that was the first track i called happy hardcore.
but the prodigy stuff and breakbeat sl2 and acen i called house.

I was a late comer to HH. It was when Luna C and Mr Tom came round to my flat cos they wanted to hire my studio... (studio...Ha! hark at me.... keyboard sampler and a 4 track!)
That was in 1991....
They said.. "Have you heard of Harcore...?" I said "nope!"....
They then asked me to sample a few beats, and write a few riffs....and they began to learn about the studio, how it works and what they could and couldnt do.
I, in turn, learned a whole new scene. They'd play me something and say... "a piano part....something like this"
We went on and produced the first track which I think was F*uck the law, and Bogus Adventure....
when I heard the final version I was hooked and bought every HH compilation I could find. We then went on to do sesame's treet and loos control and a whole album for the USA.
That's how I got into hardcore.... and it's been my favourite genre ever since.
As my Blaze! co-writer, Chris, said recently to someone when they asked why I still bother with hardcore..."You can take the boy out of Hardcore, but you'll never take the Hardcore out of the boy!"

i stayed a year in Vorden, not sure if you've heard of the town or not. it's like 10 minutes away from the border of germany.
yes i did get to experience a couple dutch raves, all were well wicked i might add =) got to see bass d & king matthew, buzz fuzz, prophet (i think i saw most of the dream team) and i think it was lenny dee but i wasn't sure because i didn't know any of those people =P
it was funny because everyone over there was dressed like they were going to a club over here, no one looked like state side ravers =P
it was there in holland that i also got to experience my first hang over at the precious age of 16 =P
Can't wait to go back to the netherlands again, it was so nice not having to depend on a car to get from place to place. My host family got me a bike from the police station and that was pretty much my transportation, well that and the train system.

I got introduced to hardcore when a friend of mine brought a cd round.. i made a tape of it.. and played it till it wore out
then got another tape
played it till it wore out
then bought a tape pack
then i went thru my confused months.. where i still liked hardcore but i had bought my decks and was playing trance *cringe*.. i then ditched that moved on to some hardhouse (sheep i hear u cry...well no actualy, i moved before the crowd)...
at that point i was still listning to hardcore but didnt htink you could get it on vinyl any more
and then uh oh... i found some :)
and have been in debt since i found imo records (damn them to hell... kind of :D)
but ive always loved hardcore since i was about 13.. im now 18
and i didnt start ravin till last slammin vinyl... but **** ive missed out
and i intend not to miss out ANY more :)

I herd hardcore back in 95 time n got hooked ever since first song i heard i think was Sumfin froma druid set n have been hooked ever since, I liek shit rite back to 90 :D HARDCORE:D

i first started getting into it when i was around 10/11, my m8s brother used to play it when we went round to their house and ive luved it ever since. I think nearly everyone in stafford knows what hhc is and has sum of it becoz lots of ppl are into it at school but thats coz us lot in doxey brought it into our schools! lol

when i was a wee youngin' i heard seasame's treat on the radio, that got me into electonic music, i eventually started listenin to jungle on late night radio, and a friend from school sent me some rave related sites and i found hhc from there
