Udio is fun to use in its own way.
But you do lose a whole heap of control (right now). But then that also part of the charm because you never know what creative extension it could come up with.
You can put painstaking hours into it to get some of that control back (which is what I often wind up doing) but then it becomes a bit more of a grind but also with more reward when something finally gets pulled off though.
But also there's literally no chance of me making something this good in a DAW. I've already tried before in the past. It's a different skill set that not everyone has.
