Like look at the earlier days of the Hardcore scene, every producer at the time had their own sound.
Joey Riot, Seduction, Scott Brown, Brisk, Sy etc all sounded different to each other.
Uh oh! You said the D-word.

Quality over quantity.
I loved the first 100 tracks of OneSeventy, which was amazing to listen some edge of hardcore sounds, featuring some good artist that deserve to get a spot light OR continuing doing the best, like Summa Jae (seriously she killed the Take Me Away with that 90s Happy Hardcore section, hope she can bring the 90s Happy Hardcore VIP in someday), Alex Kidd / AK47 that does have some wicked production but the problem is doing the same; J-Trax that was my focus during the COVID days.
Electric Fox does have the same vibe too. Sadly I'm not a Darren Styles fan, but Da Tweekaz / Tweekacore is the real thing to cover some good 160 Happy Hard vibes, Quickdrop with the banging vibes and Audiofreq that bring 2 short fire tracks.
Being general, there are many spots that I want to share.
1. Tatsunoshin (4* for the olders), is one of the prospect young guys that are doing the best and releasing every killer track for everyday (is not a joke, everyday release a new track). But there is the point that can use the same assets in every track. That "drop ice in a glass" effect featured in Dead Love (OneSeventy), Confused Love (Electric Fox), or his Oblivion remix (OneSeventy), or that "AH" asset featured on Confused Love (Electric Fox) and Teleportation (Dance Dance Revolution). Really he does have banging tracks, but same assets can be a little bit innovating in his skills.
2. The current standard length of every track that are releasing in both label. For me 2 or 3 minutes is not enough for me, seems to being quick like the proper tracks like About to Fly, Pictures of You or Monster, getting between 4 to 6 min longer, can add the Codex Remix from Stamina Records that is a good art of how to enjoy the architech of hardcore music. Seems like a quick track, done and forget lately. Not memorable than the first 100 or 50 tracks from OneSeventy and 50 tracks of Electric Fox.
3. As an unpopular opinion, OneSeventy had switched to OneSixty making some weird experiment on 160BPM tracks. Could be better to experiment to reach other styles. Breakbeat, Gabber, instead to getting the same vibe on every release.

Yeah I just think they could do so much more than being so formulated with every single release.
They seam to be afraid to venture above 170bpm or use any other sounds. The thing I don't get is they both clearly aim more at the European Hard Dance scene. Yet none of them have the courage to harden their kicks more than a certain point or even add a bit of a Frenchcore speed.
I just think it would be better if they had Gabber or Frenchcore remixes of tracks on the label.
So much talent out there these days that could add a bit of variety and interest to these labels.
