Selektance returns to the lane on SATURDAY 11th December with our Winterfest 2010. After what can only be described as a jaw-dropping party in November, you'd be hard pushed to find a new club night in Edinburgh that has received as many positive comments from clubbers and DJ's alike, the reaction to November's event was nothing short of staggering. One thing in particular was a common feat in these reviews - the atmosphere. Something that's been ever present since our first event in July, there's something about Selektance that brings people together and creates this unique, happy atmosphere.

These are just a few of the comments from the Selektance crew in the aftermath of November's event! December sees Selektance return, this time on a Saturday - 11th December - to rock the lane once more, and we will be continuing with our ever popular UV/NEON theme, this time with a hint of CHRISTMAS - we want to see santa's, his little helpers, elf's, snowmen, maybe even reindeeranything to do with Christmas and the festive season - be creative and add to the special atmosphere of Selektance!

Selektance continue their rise to dominance of hard dance as we hand an Edinburgh debut to the ridiculously talented KIDD KAOS. Plucked from obscurity by none other than ALEX KIDD, Kris Ryeland (aka Kidd Kaos) exploded onto the hard dance scene in 2007. Since then he has taken the scene by storm and is ready to show Selektance exactly how it should be done - the HARD way! In 2008, having won Best Newcomer at the Hard Dance Awards, he was awarded the honour of an Essential Mix on Radio 1 - something few and far between for hard dance producers.
This is a rare opportunity in Scotland's capital to see one of the fastest rising stars in hard dance - KIDD KAOS!
BASS GENERATOR
We're also delighted to have secured the legend that is Bass Generator for his LAST EVER Edinburgh appearance before he retires at the end of this year. This will be something special to behold, as Bassy gives us the pleasure of two different sets - one in our Old Skool room, and another in the hard dance Main Room. If you're a veteran of the scene, this is something you will look back on in years to come and be glad to say you were there when Bass Generator rocked the Scottish capital for the very last time. And if you're of the younger generation, this is something you DO NOT want to miss, the last chance to see what made Bass Generator such an iconic name in the dance music industry for over 20 years!
