I've been using it for a year and been getting good results for about 4 months.

I finished This Gem just yesturday, its all Fruity Loops with a few pads and highlights from FM7 and Absynth. Its not about whether the program is good or not, its about the person behind them and how they use it....Reason, Fruity, and Cubase can all do very good, but they can also give you very poor results if you don't know what you're doing.

...But I definately wanna get my hands on Cubase SX one day :P

^^^^ Genre: Electronica - Trance - Goa. lol

its a nice tune, but i have to say the pad are over powering and are too alined, you should play around with the picth and fade the pads into each other.

ps. I tought its was going to be hardcore.

oh well. nice work.

Goa is just so much funner to produce :P

As for the pad, there was a period a few hours ago where I uploaded an improperly rendered version and this pad bleeded over wayy too long, you might've heard that before I had a chance to fix it, I'd assume so because no one else has said anything about the pads :)

I've been using FL Studio since version 3.1 and have been through all versions since, so I consider myself quite the expert on the subject. Nowadays I can use it to create every sample I use in a song without any trouble. It just takes practice and lots of playing around. So if anyone has any FL questions, dont be afraid to ask :)

Is it any good.

Only Joking.

Fruity is a great program for getting you ideas done quick, but lacks education for getting you into a real studio and running various instruments.

I think Cubase and Reason are the most complete packages out there on the PC , Audio engine in cubase is amazing(also Nuendo) and with reason rewired into it , Its like christmas all over.

Fruity has come on along way,and is a top Package,IMO It doesn't do justice for me.

I agree with you on the lack of education part, thats why I'm wanting to invest in both Cubase and Reason, among others. However, for the time being, FL is working for me :)
