Since no one else has commented about this what are peoples thoughts on the new system? If you don't know what I am talking about read the news on the front page.

^^ that's because silver is a former Sydneysider himself, and the vast majority of Aussies on this board are Sydneysiders as well. You've got to expect that our focus is going to be on Sydney events. (That, and Sydney has arguably the biggest HHC scene out of the Australian cities.)
That said, there's nothing stopping you from adding Brisbane events to the event listing. Just mouse on over to the "Events" tab on the site header and click "Add event" on the drop-down menu. Fill in the blanks, and as soon as a mod has a chance to eyeball your listing and give it the thumbs-up it'll appear in the Events forum with you as the author.

Please post the event or tell me where to find the info I dont post some events and not others, or just because I used to live in Sydney they are the only events I post about... If possible I want to have every hardcore event on the planet in the event system :)
So if anyone knows of any event that we dont already have please add it here:

if Chia was your finest DJ, then what does that say about the brisbane scene? Nah, just kiddin....
Sydney is the biggest. There is no argument. Melbourne might be a nice place to live (that is questionable) but it doesn't compare to the liveliness of Old Sydney Town..
Just a note, little_dE, can you not use "----" it hurst my eyes.
But thanx for the info
I must say, the prices in BrisVegas are pretty cheap....

Thats really interesting when I left Australia 5 years ago Sydney was the only hardcore scene, no other city had anything except for maybe Perth and a little in the ACT.

Looking good!!! Great idea to be able to see whos coming to an event...
... this is probably something which you considered Silver, but decided not to implement for whatever reason, but how about the ability to sort out a place to meet for meet ups and the such. I imagine it wouldn't be that easy as a place would need to be decided upon, but it'd be interesting to see if anybody can come up with some idea to sort this.

A member on the site (Milo) has pointed out that some people have attended events that we might not have in the event system, if this is the case don't be shy to add past events that we don't have, a new event topic will not be posted for those events (our system is smart) so it will just add to the calander and you will be able to add yourself as attended that event.
