Actually thought it was gonna be worse, but i've heard a couple of shockers the last few years on youtube by him though, but know what you mean lad, don't really know why i can sort of listen to this one though, must be all the similar type of crap that i've heard over the last few years my ears getting kind of used to it
He's aiming more at the European scene nowadays, that's where he can get more giggs and earn a more consistent living. He is a good producer. But definitely very different these days.

His music over the past 7-8 years hasn't been to my tastes at all. Minus all the great stuff he wrote with Force and DJ Breeze, I like to remember him when he was writing tracks like Getting Better, Skydiving, Drop Zone, Sound Without A Name, Save Me etc

Liking sound of this
Came across this one recently, did discover what the track was. The clip of the track I heard originally had the Dutch hardcore kickdrum section which I like!

yes i agree!
Not sure about this, I think there have been a few tracks that are up there with some of his best tracks from the past. I have liked the sound of some of his tracks in recent years but I would still prefer his older style including tracks like Skydiving & Getting Better.

Some of Darren Styles better tracks in recent years, imo are these ones:
Us against the world
Never let me down
DS & Stonebank - Sky is falling
DS - Come Running (DS 2022 VIP mix)
TNT & DS - Wonder - I do like the sound of Wonder but there's parts that could have been even better. Overall a good track although the last part when it changes to the hardstyle part not as big a fan of that bit. I'd like to hear a UK hardcore edit/remix of this track.
Overall Darren Styles solo tracks going back to the 90s with the Unique tracks and his solo tracks from 2000 to 2010 have been better than his more recent style and tracks.
