thoughts!?
Really digging it. I'd rate every track 8/10 or higher.
****ing LOVE the way it sounds modern, then the drop take a wicked old skool twist, in "the way" or " gunna make you love me" absolutely what I want to hear from modern hardcore. actually gives me hope. no lame ass hardstyle sounds or kicks.
proper euphoric piano hardcore vibes.

Born 2 Luv You is in a style i have normally have no interest in and is a cover. A recipe for complete disinterest. And yet i think it's a great tune. It has a production style that only Stompy can produce. Excellent cheese!

I'm not going to be happy until they're all just making music like they did in the 90s so I'll remain silent.
apart from that comment saying that they should just make music like it is the 90s.
and that comment.
also that one.

That fking lead synth in the first three was irritating at best.
I like Stompy, his midas touch track is a fav of mine, but these really dont hit the mark for me.
BUT with that said, its a step in the right direction. Hardcore needs to go back to its roots to get popular again. That Al Storm track "like it like that" is a perfect example of that, imo.

Just heard there and.... well... ummmm.... 1) The build and stuff is just really thin. The bass is too loud imo. The synth just drags on and on. 4 seconds, there it is. 2:11, its there. Piano is great yes but done and done and done (I've heard at least 10 tracks with those exact notes and chords ). Could have varied it a bit more. 2) Same as 1) really. It's just too simple. Annoying lead. The version Stompy did on TKK was a million miles better. 3) Same mostly as 1) and 2) 4) Meh. In all honesty what it sounds like is Stompy has had a crack at making the new dubstyle hardcore, put the percs and bass down, but as he's building the track falls back on the old techniques and sounds. I do that a lot as well. Thinking "yeah I'm going to make something very modern sounding", which starts quite modern but as the track is built, I fall back to the same techniques I was using back in the day. In these tracks, I don't think it quite works.

Stompy making hardcore again, seen that with a few tracks on hh4(which I still haven't received yet!) only heard the first track, think its ok and I like the piano riff, don't think its an unbelievable track, but def worse out there and good to see stompy back!
