Found it on some mix on youtube, and apparently its on a HH album , but I can't find any info on it.

Yeah that's it, on the website doesn't list an artist but it's on their mix, so yeah i'd assume it was them

It's a good remix, but for that track, should have been a monster remix. The original was unreal, still is, even today.

It's not reaaaaaaally a remix, more an update to make it fit. 
Sometimes you need to look back, for clues, to move forward effectively.

Well call it what you want, to me its a remix of a classic. I wish more people would look back to classic tracks like this and learn from them, in fact the 94 era really was Happy's golden time, Slipmatt led the way.
The 25 Years of SMD album Matt released was one of my favourites tbh.
