TECHNICS TO UN-VALE SL-DZ1200 AT PALSA
 
Technics are set to exclusively un-vale the new CD DJ turntable at this years Palsa . The SL-DZ1200 is based o-n the Technics SL1210 turntable motor .

The big unvaling will be at 3pm o-n DJ Sunday (September 7th).

In addition they are set to showcase a new 4 channel mixer - with the same look as the SL-DZ1200

Palsa is on from Sunday 7th - Wednesday 10th September @ Earls Court in London for more info - www.plasashow.com

units like this definitely won't make me want to go ALL cd. i'm not into turntablism (maybe one day, but definitely not now) so units like this are really unnecessary to me (plus, who even has scratch samples on cd?!?!?!). i'm more than happy playing with the cdj 100-s. i'm not THAT much of a vinyl whore to NEED to handle my cd's like vinyl.

So will that mean the dudey songs that are only on vinyl will come out on cd aswell?

^^cant see why not, I kinda hope in a way that all tracks (rare) get released on cd, not just for cdj's but home listening aswell.

They do look very very nice.

I've been very impartial to the vinyl vs CD debate as each has its aspects, but that CDJ looks friggin mad.
