It was only available in the completionist bundle, but there were talks about digital bundles. But with Sharkey taking a raincheck and shutting the hell up, I guess it will never be up.
... or someone could just give sharkey what he deserves and fileshare it... but then that would probably hurt hu/cdjay more than sharkey

You don't have a download called "Tech Noir Completionist Batch 2" on the HU Store? I just re-downloaded it to confirm that they were still there, and they are
