Any idea who this is and the label? I just heard it for the 1st time ever while trawling youtube for some old Dream FM sets yesterday. It drops at 7.58 just after Higher Love

That's not quite the one, it's a bit more thumpy 4/4 instead of breakbeat but thanks a million, knowing that it's called Madness and was originally on Awesome records, hopefully a google search will reveal any other mixes or where the piano has been sampled into other tunes.

There was a Brisk remix, it could be that? Don't think it were released.

It's not on YouTube - the "DJ Ham" mix that is on youtube is the dubplate remix and not the J4U DJ Ham mix.
djgimp is right in what he says, and it can also be found on on this CD :)
