I would have thought that being the only synth that emulates the Juno 2, the Juno 2 softsynth would be the best at doing hoovers :) Although i could be wrong.

You just need to learn to use JunoX2 properly. It does mad incredible hoovers. FM7 can do them... sorta.

haha! you fools! talking about hoovers behind my back like that, i could kill you all! haha! anyway, junox2's PWM doesn't sound like the alpha juno's PWM, I should know I've got an alpha juno 1, and a juno-60,

reFX are working on Junox3 which will have a pitch-envlope (At last!)

the better emulation comes from Dash synthesis, they got a VSTi called "Da Alfa 2k" it's at a cheap price and sounds exactly like my alpha juno 1! except the alpha juno's have a double-decay which i think is a key feature for good hoover sounds like the one off Dominator.

A good trick with hoovers is to notch out the middle frequencies, it will sound alot more air'y.

but you might as well get an alpha juno 1 off ebay as they are only around £120, well, mine was.

tell you what, if you ever do get the Da-Alfa2K VSTI, check out this! http://www.dr-ingredientz.i12.com/H.htm

you'll need soundforge though.
