I've managed to figure out a track listing for most of these, but two of the songs I am stumped on.
I can post small samples of them if that's allowed.
The first is track 7, the main voice samples are a woman saying "take me away". Heavy beat. Not the slipmatt remix. Also sounds like they say something like "Ahhh... spin the reel..." but it's distorted so it could be something else.
Second is track 19, A remix of "Hard To Say I'm Sorry" by Aquagen. Starts off slow and calm. Then there is a heavy beat fast paced section.
I'll share clips of the songs, bad quality on purpose to avoid any right issues. Should be enough for someone to ID them if they know it. Looking for proper titles and artist.

I'm almost considering putting a cash bounty on these to be honest. MY OCD is killing me as they are the last tracks I need to ID from these mixes.

Its a remix of Moby Feeling so real, I've always preferred the westbam remix tbh
Not sure about the other, there's been quite a few remixes, might be Shine DJ's but that's only a guess

Part of the mystery solved at least.
If I have to I can share a longer version, but there's not much else to it.
I even have a few spare tracks that I managed to IDfrom the old Limewire/Kazaa days, but these two have ALWAYS bugged me since they are on "official" CDs.
Shame Anabolic Frolic never released track lists for this and a few others.
Can't find a copy of Shine DJ's to compare it to, sadly.

Shine DJ's is made by DJ Square, who frequences this forum. I kinda doubt that that Anabolic frolic played any of those tracks, unless he was mixing after 2006
