I think I did a track ID on this tune many years ago but couldn't find a sample or transfer my tape onto my computer. But on a whim today I searched the DJ and rough tape pack (Wasn't sure which Hysteria it was) and I fecking found it.
If anyone knows what this is, I'd be so grateful for the name so I can buy it, if it's still available or just a chance to listen to it in its entirety...
It comes in @ 45:50

If you mean the track at 43.30 - 47.00 then it's Twist & Friendly - Hit 'N' Run. It's in my mix here @ 49.47 (Track 18) -
