if you have a square taper bottom bracket and you need 1 of these to take it off
if your just using a normal wrench, you need a M8 x 50mm and 4 washers to keep it in place, and screwed into the bottom bracket where the crank arm bolt fits, or the tool will fall off alot, more so when you need 2 hands and the power of god to loosen it up

summer times, if you have a modern off road tank, use a triple chainset to hang out over night around the fire, and do proper freeride and no paths allowed, and clear the mind dude
work bike cranks always fall apart after the winter, hollowtech II is a light year of evolution from a crappy square taper bottom bracket most bikes will have for work
