Hello all. I'd like to identify this BreakBeat or song which it is sampled from.
I've searched through tons of breaks compilations, but none contain this certain break.

This beat is also used in "Flying High" on Happy2b Hardcore chapter 6.
So, can anyone can help me track down this elusive breakbeat?
