could be spanish, but i doubt it's makina. maybe a speeded up hard trance track?

Sounds European to me, maybe Spanish! On second thoughts it could also be a hard trance track that's had it's bpm increased.

seriously though, it sounds identical to the production of a few songs that were on the Lobster Licks record label - either that or something off Shock Records - pitched up in the old "trance on 45" vein.
The more I think about it the more I feel I've heard it on Shock Records.
