I've upgraded my pc recently to XP but now i have trouble logging onto the site and can't get on teh chat room at all.
I click on chat and the chat applet thing come sup but instead of th ebit where u enter ur nickname and crap theres just a small icon with a red cross in it ( liek when a picture wont load )
Do i need to download any irc software?

Nah its probably the settings in your internet explorer. Not sure exactly how to go about that though

I got Xp and it runs fine for me. d/load mIRC.

Java is probally not installed, I recommend you re-install IE or download the java virtual machine.

i got xp and it worked fine, using mIRC now, much better!

i got that mIRC but cudn't figure it out lol, am thick i know, type din teh channels and port etc still cudn't do it so im downloading that java thing now cheers:)

Download the Java from the link I gave and it should work.
Using Mirc:
you need to type in first:
/server irc.di.fm
then secondly type in:
/j #hardcore
