FruityLoops bad for vinyl

Even if the FLoops out gets overcompressed when recording/rendering, I reckon it'll still be okay for put on dub plate. You can pretty much put any old crap on a dub. It must only be an issue when pressing the tune, to do with the laquers or summot. Maybe the coils on the cutting stylus are sensitive enough to pick out faults in the FLoops output.

hey...i dont profess to know shit all about production, but i came across this thread on ITM about FL STUDIO

and im not sure but maybe it has better output and hence could be alright for vinyl?

anyway im not sure if any of you are interested but if you are scope

The last post on that link sounded promising. A guy called derbrain said:

"The qualm that I did have with it was the sound quality that it produced. Perhaps I just had a shitty sound card at the time, but with version 3+ everything sounded a little muffled when you hit the playback button and you really had to turn everything up or double up tracks to get something sounding right. And then when you rendered it it sounded different again.

The sound quality seems much better now with FL4. But I have too much time invested in Cubase to go back fully."

So, if anyone has FLoops 4, let us know if it does actually sound better and thus press better.
