I also use ReBirth, however, it's very limiting

Rebirth is limiting because all it is supposed to be is a 303 bassline clone. It's meant to be linked to cubase or reason or recorded then mixed down in to another track.

Coolest thing about the fruity loops demo is that they dont limit you to 20 minutes like Propellerhead software programs(rebirth, reason) do. So you can sit there for hours almost fiddling with every single pattern, throwing in stupid random piano rolls on everything, etc. Then you accdiently double click on the club kit, 808, etc and lose everything you done(I hope Im not the only one who did that!!!)
If you tried playing with the Reason demo, in 20 minutes you wouldnt even be close to getting the setup done!

You can also export stuff on the Fruityloops demo :)
I found Fruityloops very easy though right from the start :)
