i seen these new cd scratchers, there phat, cost about £500 ish, i was thinking of getting one, but id like to get other peoples opinions on them!

yea they are gud for a modern deck but the feel just int the same as a 12', i think we shud all keep to the vynil as it looks better and is jus traditonal

i have the CDJ800, and personaly i think its ****ing wicked
although.. i cant scratch, but the feel is about as good as its gona get for a few years

(cept the dennon, which is 750 quid)

I have cd's and the slection of music you can get is a lot larger. I want to get a scratcher but have been worried it'll sound rubbish, please let me know if their are any any good.

It's more up to you then anything else...

I know peole who have both Decks and CD turntables...THe CD one are expensive as hell, but the ammount of music that's avalible to you is HUGH...

Decks are a little cheaper, but buying vinyl will cost you $$$

So either way you're dropping mad $$$

I was going to get CD decks, but it's actually really hard to get unmixed hardcore on CD anywhere in Aus, which doesn't help much. So I'd say stick to vinyl, unless you can buy unmixed cd's whereever you live.

sorry i may be just being igronant but stick to vinyl it's such a better sound and quality c.d's don't give the same effect but the choice is yours
