Scott brown is from Scotland, it's a kilt (is that the correct spelling?)

I thought most blokes kilts were shorter than it being around you're ankles for a reason!!!!!!

^^^ yeah that's what i thought, i've never seen a long kilt of this shape/style before.....
i thought it was just to look like an 'evil' dark sort of thing..... it might not have anything to do with a kilt...
