I'm going to take a stab in the dark and say the artist album is the long awaited Sharkey album and the label album would be Hardcore Underground breaks 2 (wishful thinking) or another lethal theory powerstomp album.

I found this on IYF's soundcloud -

Ok i got mine today and i'm ready to give an opinion on the thing. First off i would say it's a lot better than the first one they made. It would have been quite an achievement to be worst than the first one to be honest. I'll start with disk 1.
The good:
Joey riot - turn to you is a pretty good sort of light powerstompy vocal number with a familiar chart vocal that works quite well.
Kurt - kick it HU Vip...... Well the kick it Kurt did on this is powerstomp was one of my favorite tracks on there and at first i thought here we go it's the same remix but then, here i am kicks in and i was kinda confused. It all kind of works well until 1min 20 and you get the kick it breakdown with the here i am lyrics and i don't like the blend at all. The rest of the tune is good but i massively wish he'd kept the remixes separate and did two tracks instead because the foundation for here i am is really impressive.
Everything we need and it's you are both pretty good light vocal tunes from joey riot which are definitely worth a listen
Kurt - Space odyssey 2014 is utterly banging and my pick of the disk but then i have liked all the previous versions as well. Kurt is on fire these days.
The bad:
There's not a lot really besides some lackluster MOB tunes (they need to be stronger) and some of the other stuff is a bit bland but it's not a car crash. Disk 2 however...........
The good:
Kurt - like a dream hmmmm bouncy good, heavy kick good, vocal good, just something missing from making it more complete but maybe it's a grower.
Joey Riot - hold me tonight. Vocal powerstomp i definitely like and Joey is doing a good job. Track is a little short though.
Rock you hardcore 2014, Unstoppable and keep it lethal are also worth mentioning as highlights.
The bad:
There's a bit more bad on the disk but most of it (MOB) isn't horrendous apart from one utterly horrid piece of well i wouldn't like to use the word music by the great track wrecker unknown. I had to mention it on joeys facebook and i know a lot of people may not like the original riot in the klub but as far as i'm concerned it's a grower. Now what Unknown done to that track is beyond words. It's almost as horrific as what S3rl did to airhead (ie took a really good track and utterly F****D it to the point of it almost being terrorism) Harsh sounding i know but there really should be a law against these sort of people.
So summing up........ Good Lethal theory, Good Hardcore underground, BAD UNKNOWN!!! Please stop ruining music.

Made me chuckle.
I also gave it a blast today (although, I always go for the mixed CD to start off with when they're released in this 2+1 format) and think it's pretty good. It, unfortunately, is very soon due to be superseded by HHU so we need to make the most of this album whilst we can.
I wouldn't say 'no' to another Lethal Theory/Powerstomp album before Christmas.

yeah it was supposed to be a three mix/disc sort of effort but ended up getting released digitally one at a time so technically all three were volume 1

There was also an album called Hardcore Innovators from the late 90s. Unmixed disc of freeform classics and an Energy mix, pretty decent.
