It originated in his mix from Defqon1 Australia which he posted a link to on Facebook today. The whole mix is on the Qdance Soundcloud page. I would provide a link but I'm only on my phone.
Ps. I'm only guessing it's a Scott Brown remix but it very much sounds like it.
