I need some opinions from people who don't know me personally.
Here's the situation:
On my grade level team, the team leader has us planning different subjects for each other. Personally, I don't like this method as I'm stuck doing whatever someone else planned. Anyways, I'm responsible for math, so for the past 2 months now, I've been the only teacher on my team to look at any of the math material and type lesson plans.
Here's the problem, the math coach at our school has found out about this and is not happy about it. She came to my room and told me to stop giving them my plans. I told her that the grade chair said it was my responsibility and she said she is going to stop by and talk to the whole team about planning lessons.
To step in, I sent an e-mail to my team stating my ideas on how to use our planning time. All I asked was if we could begin meeting Mon-Wed, which leaves Thur & Fri to work in our classrooms. I didn't say any names. Well, I BCC-ed administration and the math coach this same e-mail. My intention was to show I'm trying to be more collaborative, but another teacher friend told me that since I BCC-ed administration, I'm now putting myself in a position to not be trusted by my team members.
So...I don't know what to do now. I'm now worried sick about what's going to happen. My intentions were not to be deceitful, just simply to show administration I'm trying. I knew if my team saw administrations' names in the e-mail, it would have caused an uproar. I just feel sick.

You made a call based on judgement and instinct. There's no wrong doing there. If it is wrong, you didnt intend it to be. You are, after all, just trying to make the most out of your sessions for everyone. Stand by your decision :)
