Here is my problem, when I play Wii games on the Wiiu, the image on the TV won't show in full screen; the image is square in the middle of the tv screen. I've tried every image setting on my TV, but it still won't play full screen. When I play Wiiu games, the image is full screen, and when I play Wii games on the regular Wii, the image is full screen...I don't know what else to do.

Have you set the Wii settings to show 16:9 aswell? I havent tested playing Wii games on my Wii U yet, but I think that they do not share the settings with eachother

This. Just go into the settings when in Wii mode, look at the aspect ratio settings and change them to 16:9.
I'm not the only Wii U owner here then. :P Thoroughly enjoying 3D World and Wind Waker HD at the moment!

Jokes aside the OS is much faster these days. Sure, the console is weak in terms of power but I've just gotta have those Nintendo games! For everything else there's PC. :)
