Idk what section this goes. but It's basically a breakbeat hardcore(DnB with a riff) track done by Orbit1 under his Hardstyle alias. Enjoy!

Awesome work to my opinion! I don't know why CLSM didn't try to attract him for his own idea to push Hardcore, but anyways: both are strongly work on this mission.

Because as great as a producer Sam is, he's also a well-known fame whore. Shouldn't be hard not to believe that, considering he left the UK/upfront hardcore scene to go to Hardstyle when it was getting real mainstream, and his feud with Cory/Inverse and how Sam was trying to take all the credit to every production done.

Seems that feud has been squashed or they're playing civil with one another, because I constantly see them together in so many Q-dance youtube videos. Also, he seems to be playing at every Q-Dance. Well, the good thing about having his fame atm is that he can play around with other styles and wouldn't get much grief from it like the UK hardcore scene does to some of their producers.

Sounds like pop-DnB to me. Definitely not Hardcore though.

If you believe that, then you are even more severely out of touch with today's hardcore scene than what you come off as on here.

This track definitely has a lot of hardcore influences, but I can't say it leans more towards hardcore or DnB, it truly is a good combination of the two. A track like this would be very fitting on the forthcoming HU Breaks 2 album. I know a HU Breaks 2 album hasn't been officially been announced yet, but it's definitely something that Jon has mentioned they are/will work(ing) on.

BTW love the track, job well done Sam. Perhaps he might dabble into more of this, and maybe HU can sign some of his stuff for future use in albums or releases.

I agree. Sounds very similar to a lot of DJ Fresh's current mainstream stuff.
There are probably Hardcore influences here and there, but thats not Breakbeat Hardcore. Its very much a D& tune geared for the mainstream.

I'd agree with you, if we talk about old-school tracks. But considering to the fact how slow and monotonous DnB usually gets played or released today, I really appreciate such strong melodies that could have been easily used in a Hardcore track as well. I'm really interested in so much Hardcore subgenres these days. I listen to anything from Breakbeat Hardcore over Happy/UK Hardcore and Freeform Hardcore and finally found a perssonal connection to Gabba/Gabber.
It's the reason why I really like Panacea when it comes to Breakbeat stuff.

If he's just looking for the fame he'd try to become the world's next David Guetta or Skrillex. I can not notice this bevaviour, because DnB today is underground as well.
