Who's up for a little competition then?
As mentioned in the release thread for the HHC.com members FREE Unmixed UK Hardcore & Freeform album 'The Past. The Present. The Future 2013' which can be found here - http://www.happyhardcore.com/forums/topic.asp?topic_id=60229
I've decided to hold an Annual Summer PPF Remix Competition which will feature a track from past albums with the winning entry featuring on the next years PPF album, which in this case will be 'PPF 2014' out March 2014.
Due to huge popularity in both the build up and release of 'PPF 2013', as well as being an all round uplifting, fun & easy to enjoy piece of music i've decided to use Dys7's track 'Cherry Bomb' for the competition. (Full original track in remix pack)
THE RULES ARE SIMPLE!
- Remix the track in any sub genre of Hardcore (Uk Hardcore, Freeform, Gabber, etc)
- Any material used in your remix must be original & not violate any laws or third party rights.
- Submit as many remixes as you like. Send to [email protected] in full WAV quality (obviously try and have your submission mastered to the best possible standard but the winning track will receive full professional mastering. Please ensure that you hold onto the un-mastered track project file until the results are announced!)
- The winning remix will be decided by you, the members of HHC.com through a voting process once the submission deadline has been reached.
- DO NOT post any clips, previews, WIP's of your remix until the winning track has been announced. By all means ask for feedback advice through friends but if any previews are made public it will result in your track being disqualified!
- All submissions MUST be in by 1st September 2013.
Judging by the success of this years PPF album (1100+ downloads in the first month & a half) and the collection of talented producers that gather here on HHC.com, this promises to be a great competition full of varied & original ideas.
Id also like to add that im sure some of the artists involved in this years album would also like to see one of their past tracks remixed & feature on the next album. If this is the case then feel free to arrange this amongst yourselves and i'll ensure the best remixes will feature.
ALSO! I urge you all to keep the next album in mind as you get stuck into production this year. Feel free to send new submissions for 'PPF 2014' anytime & if you'd like some feedback, advice etc be sure to get in contact using the address above. Thankyou for your continued support for the PPF project, let's make the next one bigger & better!

Can't believe this was wrapped in an exe file that we had to go through including installs of shitty software.
Was actually considering being in this but quit after i had to decline some software for the third time.

Sendspace is how i've always sent and received remix packs, tracks, track stems, samples and vocals.
