by all seriousness, it's the wrong place to talk about that, since you will only get comments similar to the ones above mine.
if you have more than 75% of known sympthoms, then you have bipolar disorder imo. but thats not an reliable source for such serious matters.

i'm pretty sure i'm bi-polar never really bothered to see how many symptoms i have but i'm pretty ****ed up in he head at times lol

I'm not sure public forums are really a good place to try and get help. A lot of people struggle with it, and although not bipolar I've had anxiety and depression in the past. I manage it now with diet and yoga. I do encourage you to have the mental health assessment done, but look for the natural/non-drug ways to manage it first if you do have an issue. Changing your thought patterns is much better for you long term than becoming reliant on pharmaceuticals!
Also - food sensitivities can lead to mental health disorders. Doctors overlook that 99.9% of the time, and then are amazed when people change what they are eating and miraculously get better. That's something near to my heart because I had a crap ton of sensitivities and didn't know (because I'm not allergic to anything) and it made my health deteriorate pretty badly for years.

I'm not hear asking for help like I'm gunman get that here haha I'm more likley to het ripped to shreads which I can handle :) I'm a big boy now
