1. why is this forum so slow?! it took me 10 mins to reload/access
2. can any of you pros name me a good dj-console, not something in the 1000euro price range but more like in the 300-500 range if possible....

atm i own a very cheap one and it lacks the possibility to connect/sync with traktor dj studio or hercules dj control software... so any kind of set which could make use of this would be welcome.

thanks!

u think u gonna beat mouse/kb mixes with a numark mixtrack pro? don't get me wrong. i just googled it and haven't read any review, but it looks basically function wise the same as i own which is a dj tech http://medias.audiofanzine.com/images/normal/dj-tech-u2-station-mkii-150647.jpg

it is pretty good but the fact i cant sync/connect it with some software based thing makes it shit to use, because i basically would have manualle edit/re-record every part of the track i blewn up the first time. suckz.

the traktor s2 isn't bad. I don't like it due to the lack of replacable crossfader but as long as you don't do a ton of scratching on it, it should hold up.

It contains more functions than I personally need, but the Pioneer DDJ-Ergo seems OK

I don't use a console, use turntables myself. one of my friends bought one and sold it to buy a s4. I like mixers that come with fader curves so I don't know that I'll ever buy a console.

one nice thing about using a console is you know what equipment you're going to play on anywhere you go because most people take theirs with them.
