So EDC Las Vegas has announced their lineup and everyone is excited and sad about it. Surprisingly, so many people on my friends list from outside the US are sad because they find it to be an incredible lineup and they are too far to even go. Never in my life would I have thought that someone from the UK or Europe would be so depressed about missing a rave in the US lol

I basically don't follow (much to my detriment) any kind of music outside of Hardcore, so I don't actually know what EDC is. But from what I've seen floating about today, it's obviously a big deal. And I understand Styles will be there playing Hardcore. Congrats to him. :-)

So it's basicly an event where all kinds of electronic genres are played, nice, even though I miss Feed Me on that list :C

Well it honestly never been as diverse of a lineup as it is now. First time a UK hardcore dj has been featured and first time a hardstyle dj as well. It's always been about the more mainstream easy listening shit like trance and electro house and whatnot. It's very reminiscent to tomorrowland in europe. Personally I was never a fan of EDC and still not a fan of it. One UK hardcore dj means nothing to me when I don't really follow the rest of the genres being played.
I'm more gutted that I miss UKhardcore events in the UK as well as Dominatir and Syndicate in Europe. Maybe even Decibel if it weren't so hung up on hardstyle

It's not the real flyer it's just a list of people booked to play. It's listed in alphabetical order. Here's a "better" look I guess.

The lineup and timesluts are up, and there are in fact at least 2 UK Hardcore djs.
One of them is of course Darren Styles. Can you spot the other one?
Here's a hint, Ellipton deep down inside secretly has a crush on this guy.

Rhythmics won a spot on their discovery stage by submitting some production examples and a mix.
A friend of mine runs this site, and it's pretty much blown up w/ EDC coverage. He was invited to sit on an EDM Biz Panel as Insomniac's guest, which is pretty amazing. http://thesceneisdead.com/
