Let's see if we can get a proper database filled with soundcloud links from (active) hardcore artists / DJs and labels!
FAQ
How to post
[Multiple Genres / DJ / MC / Vocalist etc.] [url*= Soundcloudlink] Name of Artist / DJ / Label etc. [/url]
without * ofc.
Shortcut: [url=][/url]
1) Don't forget to label multi-genre producers
2) Check if producers are DJs aswell
3) If they are DJs then label them as such
4) Separate artists and labels while making a post

This should help you get started, Thomas. I used to have a page on my site with a lot of SoundCloud links. But I took it down. Kept a text file with all the links in though:

Good idea. I might hack a little web-interface together so we can maintain an actual database.
Would be great to store artists related to a label as well for instance.

User-Profiles
"Multi-Tags" for Artists, like Genres and Status (active or inactive)
Possibility to add information to each genre, artist, DJ, MC
"Who edited artist / genre" etc.
Different user ranks, example: Users are only able to edit posts, Admins / Moderators can delete them

Will be pretty basic in the beginning with entities like Label, Artist, Genre and their associations and then build upon that from time to time. Next step would be Artist type: DJ/MC and Sublabels, Subgenres
