I'm interested in how people are organising (or not) their FLS projects for hardcore, especially how good people are at using features like track colours. Also I wanna find someone with one of those really cool, colourful looking FLPs and find out if they have a system for it or if it took ages purely for the hell of it.

Anyway, a picture says lots of words so post a screenshot of one of your typical projects. :)

Here's mine:

That's not my natural standard of organisation, my natural standard leaves projects unusable the next day so I force myself to be pretty organised.

This topic might not make much sense tomorrow morning, I'm kinda high right now so bear with me.

Here's mine - #yolo

I don't color or lock my channels, because that drives me crazy, but I do label every pattern otherwise it'd be hell.

Here's an audio clip, because why not.

Here's what a normal project of mine looks like http://i.imgur.com/zG65fm5.png

And here's a screenshot of my most organized project http://i.imgur.com/Lwgr0rn.png

I notice a trend in our project titles.

@Elliot

I set mine up exactly how you do. Same colours for each type of area. Seems to work much easier when they are colour organized.

I don't bother. Can't see that it would save time overall really as it's never much of a struggle to find what I need anyway.

I do indeed. :) I also have Cubase 5 but FL suits me much more. I do open Cubase occasionally though if I need to do some serious audio editing, FL is terrible for that. Variaudio is much better than Newtone as well actually. In fact most of the effects are better in Cubase but as I barely use any stock synths/effects in either it's not really a factor. :P

Since when do you use FL?! You told me you use Cubase! We should absolutely do something together :)
