The cd's been postponed much longer. Usually they are released during the holiday season. I doubt this delay will make much of a difference in sales.

No, it doesn't. My point was that they're constantly trying to say that the album isn't dubstep, but they have an actual dubstep track in the playlist. I like it too, actually.

The tracklist doesn't seem to say who the remix is by.

That's because there is none.
If they were going to do a remix of the song, they would make it a remix of Cinema (Which was on CLX8). Making a remix of a remix makes nonsense.
Benny ft Gary Go - Cinema (Skrillex Remix) (Modulate Remix Remix)?
That is a pure Skrillex song dear sir.

****ing shoot the MC!!!

Is it just in UK Hardcore that the MCs sound like obnoxious, desperate bastards, ruining every track they can? I've heard a few Gabber and Hardstyle live tracks but never has the MC ever bothered me there.

MCing is getting more and more out of hand imo. Seems like it's 16 bars over every non-vocal segment now.

I was at a small event about a year ago where there wasn't a single MC all night and no-one even needed hyping up, let alone a poorly formed monologue about how great MCs are.

I have never ever ever understood the appeal of MC's in raves and tracks. They drive me INSANE. If I'm listening to a mix and it has an MC I automatically just change to something else now.
Stylus & Audiojunkie - Box Fresh has an AMAZING drop, and in the Hardcore Heaven awards whatshisface raps right over it. Completely ruins the energy for me. Plus, they all sound like they've had strokes.
Just my crummy opinion.

It's not a crummy opinion. Hardcore MCs are releasing ****ING ALBUMS now. Whizzkid had Gammer turn Nostalgia into a generic rap beat for him. Shit makes no ****ing sense anymore. THAT'S what you moaners should be moaning about 24/7. Get those old ass weirdos off the stage.

The lack of MCs in the scene is the only redeeming quality about North American hardcore raves. I don't mind them, but definitely not my preference to see them up onstage, especially with a dj like Gammer. I don't understand why they keep pushing him to have an MC onstage as he's perfectly capable of hyping up the crowd himself without ever having to utter a word. Hence the reason why a mix like 2 turntables 1 mixer won set of the year. Clearly shows that people are beginning to become more and more annoyed by them. I think ppl just put up with it since there's little chance they're going anywhere. Especially with someone as tiring as Storm onstage.

MCs mostly sound like ADHD victims :/

MCing would make sense when they dont talk over drops or when trackvocals begin.
One of my favorite Brisk and Scott Brown sets from HTID include MCing, but over years of listening i can overhear them because the tracklist is one of the best i've heard

Maybe I'm looking at a different track-list, but I don't see any mention of Skrillex.

On the Hixxy/Gammer disc -

14. Benny Benassi Feat. Gary Go - Cinema (Skrillex Remix)

Is there an actual 'official' tracklist of this anywhere? Seen it on here and Amazon etc but nowhere else.

I was just looking at the HHC.com homepage. Even if it's the Skrillex one, I bet it's a Gammer edit like that Promises one.
